The Benefits of Body Awareness & Energy

This is Hilary Readings original testimonial after she experienced the benefits of Body Awareness & Energy after returning from Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling's Compact Schooling in 2008:

"It has now been six months since attending the block seminars in Denmark last year.  These seminars given by Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling (KFH) most certainly have had a very profound effect on my way of thinking and way of being.  There are other testimonies here which so appropriately, and for me, accurately describe the person Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling, that I cannot really add anything else to what has been said about his way of being.

I returned home from Denmark, not on a high like so many other clinics and seminars that I have attended, but had a new calmness and the beginnings of a new understanding it seemed that I had never experienced before.  It was like having had a new door - double doors at that - opened and had front row seats and taken on a journey like I've never been on before.  This was certainly no "show" as it were, but a very authentic and down to earth deliverance of the content of each of the seminars, which truly did build on one another and  was often delivered with a sense of humour I might add!  By the last seminar, we who had been through from the beginning, were left in no doubt as to how powerful and energising 'being in the now' can be .

Since being home it has been a slow process of digestion.  There have been times when I have felt I was two people observing the others actions and this has been a very interesting process.  For my job I have a small home based business grooming dogs.  I am really quite astounded at the feedback my regular dogs have given me, and of late, a lot of new clients who have dogs who are supposedly traumatised, this in itself being irregular having so many new clients!   My usual regular dog clientele, right from the beginning of my returning home seemed to be somewhat even more settled and for most of them I only had to call them and they would come to me instead of me having me go and get them to put them on the table to be clipped!  This week I had a new dog who the owner said was absolutely petrified and neurotic and I was really not looking forward to doing at all, but he turned out to be really quite fine and I have had dogs in the past who were much harder to do.

My horse has been another thing all together and this is taking time. She I feel is definitely my (at this stage) last Bastion.  I have been involved with horses one way or another since the age of 5.  I am now well into my 50's and I can truly understand Klaus when he talks about children or the childlike innocence that children have in connection with horses and that how we as adults have lost this connection and so the true communication between the two.

As a teenager and young adult I saved more than one horse from the knackery and then later on after having children, coming back into the horse world  I lost my nerve completely, and so also my connectedness to them.  It has taken quite a few years and quite a bit of pushing to get me back to any sort of confidence at all, and I am truly grateful to those that helped me along the way.

What Klaus Hempfling gave me was a very much deeper understanding of myself and how the horse is a true reflection of where we are at. Horses do not lie. They will definitely let you know where you are at! The horse that I picked for myself six years ago is not a horse I would have chosen many years ago.  We have already done many good things together that I can be - and am - very proud of, but since my return home I find that she is now WAITING  for me!  This is not by any means easy to explain, and I don't think I can explain in words what it is, but I can assure anyone reading this that it is very tangible.  I have not yet hit the mark with my lovely mare but we are communicating in a much different way than before and we are making progress and I am perfectly sure she will let me know when I get it perfectly RIGHT!.  I cannot thank Klaus enough for making this difference possible for me. I now look forward to all future connections in my life to be seen in a completely different light."
